Safety Statement Consultation

To comply with the Health, Safety & Welfare at Work Act 2005 and to provide safe systems of work for your employees, all businesses, clubs and organisations must have a Safety Statement which includes up to date Risk Assessments.  This may be a task that you are not familiar with or it is a task that you may find very time consuming.  This is where Stack Health and Safety can help and advise you.  We have two services that can keep you compliant.

 Firstly we offer a tailored solution for you in the form of a site specific Safety Statement with Risk Assessments and built in Annual Reviews.  Your Safety Statement will be designed after several site visits and meetings and will be unique to your organisation.  Generic template type Safety Statements will put you at risk and this is why Stack Health and Safety do not use them.

Secondly we offer an online training course that will give you the tools to complete your own Safety Statement.  This is recommended if you have the time and confidence to design your own Safety Statement.  This course will ensure that you know the key steps involved and empower you to craft your own Safety Statement.
